When not done properly, even small technological solutions can lead to companies being forced to hire an in-house CTO or technical lead.

This is suboptimal.

This transitions well-established, non-technical companies into partly tech companies, moving the focus away from the core business.

This is what we are doing different: We have a deep focus on 3 keys to success:

1) Simple Implementation - The solution should be simple to implement into the existing business

2) Low Maintenance - No need for a tech team to maintain the solution

3) We Don't Re-Invent the Wheel - We use existing, battle-tested tooling when it makes sense, and build custom solutions when it doesn't.

All this results in the absolute end-goal of increasing productivity.

How MXGMA Was Founded

I've always had a creative urge, so when I got my first PC at 11, I quickly made my way into the engineering world.

Fast forward 6 years. When I was 17, I was hired by a large factory, with a strong D2C branch.

I should help them ease the burden of the manual work of their ecommerce setup.

During the process, I realized how little the potential of technology was being utilized by some companies.

I ended up building an integration bridge/suite, that allowed them to automate a lot of the work.

Result? The e-commerce setup became almost fully automated.

Data was flowing automatically between all systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, and their factory/warehouse setup).

Something that seems obvious today, but wasn't back then.

This is my biggest driver. It's incredibly satisfying to see how technology can make life easier for both the businesses and the employees.

We have built a strong process framework around everything from ideation, development, implementation, and maintenance of even custom built solutions, that allows companies to keep focus on their core business, while capitalizing on the power and freedom technology can provide them with.
